Our shipments are delivered by GLS.
We strive to deliver your orders to your address as quickly as possible. You will receive an email at least one day before delivery informing you when your order has been handed over to the delivery service, so that you can prepare accordingly.
If you wish to receive the shipment at your business address, the delivery service will hand it over to the person authorised to receive mail at the company, regardless of whether it is your personal order. We recommend that you make prior arrangements with the person authorised to receive mail at your company. If you encounter any problems, please contact GLS.
Delivery costs
Before confirming the purchase, the Supplier will inform the customer of the delivery costs for the selected products and the minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free delivery.
Delivery cost information is automatically displayed on the website. When you select an individual product offered by the online store, the application will display the price of the product and the delivery costs.
Product delivery time
The Supplier shall deliver the products to the address specified by the customer within the time limit specified in the online store, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions, which may take up to 72 hours from the calendar day following the date of approval and payment of the order. The buyer must accept the products upon delivery and check that they are in accordance with the order.
The supplier shall dispatch the shipment within 10 working days of order confirmation or receipt of payment, if the customer opts for payment by proforma invoice. The delivery time for custom-made products shall be based on an agreement between the supplier and the customer. In the event of difficulties with the timely delivery of the shipment, the supplier is obliged to notify the customer and agree with them on an extension of the delivery deadline, replacement of the product or cancellation of the order.
Products that are in stock after order confirmation are shipped within 48 hours. All orders received outside of business days (weekends, holidays) are shipped within 48 hours of the first business day.
When ordering a large number of products, we will split the delivery in case of different delivery times (more than 10 days). We will also notify you of this by email.
In the event of a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.
Payments are delivered by GLS. GLS guarantees delivery throughout Slovenia within 3 (three) working days of confirmation of the shipment, depending on the location of your post office. If you believe that your order is delayed, please notify us immediately at the e-mail address or telephone number listed at the bottom of the website, and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
The delivery of ordered products paid for in advance is carried out by the courier service specified in the purchase process. If you are not at the address specified in the order confirmation at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a notice of arrival at the same address. The notice will contain the parcel number and subsequent collection options. If the parcel cannot be redelivered, it will be returned to the sender without notice. If you cannot be found at the delivery address and it is not possible to leave a notice of arrival (for example, if the building or entrance is locked), the courier service will attempt to deliver the parcel again on the next working day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the courier service will return the parcel to the sender without notice.
